Physical Fusion is a sports performance facility helping youth, high school, college and professional athletes maximize their athletic potential. All athletes start with a comprehensive athletic assessment that will help us design an individualized performance program aimed to deliver maximum results. We also utilize the latest sports performance technology to give each athlete daily feedback to help keep track of progress.

We understand that there is a lot more that goes into being a good athlete besides lifting heavy weights. We use several training methods/techniques to make sure we are not only training the body, but the brain as well. These techniques include but are not limited to:

  • Be Activated
  • Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR)
  •  Triphasic Training

This allows us the train each athlete from the ground up and master all types of movement skills and develop explosive strength and power.

Nutrition is also a huge part of athletic performance. We have a certified Sports Nutritionist on our staff that is always willing to provide our athletes with nutritional advice as they need it.

Physical Fusion also offers classes and/or personal training for adults or anyone who may not play a sport but wants to live a healthier lifestyle. Our general population clients have the option to start with a comprehensive evaluation where you can talk with your trainer about your previous training experience, injury history, and goals. This is perfect for a former athlete looking to regain some athleticism, or for anyone who wants to look and feel better on a daily basis.  We train our athletes to perform better in their sport, we train our general population clients to perform better in their everyday lives. We want you to feel great when you are with us, but we want you to feel better when you are your own. We pride ourselves on educating our clients on how they can feel great all the time.

CLASSES & AGREEMENTS

  • All athletes training at PFTC must have a signed waiver on file!

  • Missed sessions can not be carried over, unless prior arrangements are made with trainer.

  • Please note the billing policy ALL PAYMENTS will be automatically withdrawn on a monthly cycle. EVERYONE MUST HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE and can be canceled at any time at no charge.

  • No refunds allotted for any program registrations or missed sessions unless discussed prior with trainer.   

  • All registrations must be paid online or at the desk through our payment processor, in order to do this you must register online or come in and sign up with us, so our system can automatically generate your invoices monthly.
