Fusion Basketball Training

Elite Fusion Basketball is the perfect program for any basketball player who is committed to taking their game to the next level. There are two parts to our basketball program: Performance Enhancement and Education.

The Performance Enhancement aspect of the program is designed to improve the athlete’s speed, vertical jump, strength, and agility. We break down and practice the specific movements that are required to be successful on the court. We believe that every movement on the court starts with some aspect of a run, so if we can improve our running technique, that is going to improve our speed as well as our jumping ability. We also stress the importance of total body strength to our basketball players. Think about how many regular season games, practices, and AAU games that are played, and how many max effort jumps, sprints, landings and cuts that are made in these games. The last thing an athlete should do is all those max effort plays, and be really weak at the same time. There is a reason why high level college and professional teams pay top dollar for their Strength and Conditioning Coaches. We have seen tremendous results with athletes of all skill levels using this comprehensive and scientific approach to performance enhancement.

We also want our basketball players to understand the WHY behind our training. Everything we do has a purpose. We have found that the athletes who take the time to understand the reasons behind the training and ask questions are the ones who see the best results. We educate our athletes on everything from recovery and nutrition and all the way down to what type of shoes they should be wearing. The Education aspect of the program is just as important as the Performance Enhancement.
