Youth Speed & Strength Fundamentals

7-11 year olds

This is the ultimate program to help youth athletes maximize their athletic potential. Our athletes will develop a broad base of general and sport specific skills and implement them into live game scenarios. Confidence will soar and they will begin to succeed outside their comfort zone. 

 

The Sports FUNdamentals class (ages 7-11) will build their athletic base through drills, games and team building activities.  The athletes will learn strength and body control through natural movements like crawling, lunging, sprinting and jumping.
