RECOMMENDED FOR THE FIRST 3 TO 4 SESSIONS. To help athlete make a easier transition to the group session where they will compete with and against other athletes. For for athletes have more specific wants or needs that they want to work on.

BEST VALUE: 2 sessions a week within a group setting. Master the skills and techniques faster to help dominate the competition!! Don't settle for being average, prepare to be GREAT!
